2011 Mortgage Technology's Top Service Providers

Xerox Mortgage Services has once again been recognized as a Top Service Provider by Mortgage Technology magazine. Xerox Mortgage Services expanded its BlitzDocs paperless document management technology to include a consumer facing portal for borrowers to receive disclosures, e-sign them and then submit them to the lender. The system also has the flexibility to turn wet-signed documents into digital documents, and also offers e-vault services and barcoding technology to help lenders organize and manage loan files.

2009 Steve Fraser Award

Mortgage Technology’s Steve Fraser Award is given to an outstanding mortgage technology innovator, visionary or evangelizer. Greg Smith, vice president and general manager of Xerox Mortgage Services, was recognized for bringing a new way of doing business to the mortgage industry – paperless. In 2000, he co-founded Advectis, Inc., and developed BlitzDocs - an on-demand, collaborative document solution for the mortgage industry. The success of BlitzDocs was validated by becoming one of the industry’s most widely-used electronic document collaboration solutions, with customers gaining immediate benefits – as loan processing times are reduced and customer service is improved.
