Xerox Mortgage Services’ BlitzDocs eXtended Edition (XE) offers eSignature capabilities to promote eMortgage initiatives. BlitzDocs XE not only enables and accepts electronically signed loan documentation, but can also work with a mixture of paper-sourced images, traditional ink-signed documents and electronic documents.

These eSignature capabilities have been built with your needs in mind. That is why documents that are eSigned with BlitzDocs XE are ESIGN and UETA compliant.

In addition, to ensure a secure and easy transaction, BlitzDocs XE includes a safe, electronic signing room where documents ca be executed with a simple click of the mouse on the signature line. Any stored document can be simultaneously available for review by the signer in an electronic signing room. The signing room supports document review and signing, as well as the ability for a signer to comment on documents. The signing is username/password based and the interface is user-friendly, customizable and supports signing PDF and XHTML files including Category 1 MISMO® SMART Docs®.
