Gregory C. Smith
President & CEO

Mr. Smith is co-founder and serves as president and CEO of Advectis®. With a solid background in vertical market development, application software and ASPs, Mr. Smith is responsible for the conceptualization and creation of the BlitzDocs® mortgage document solution. Mr. Smith most recently created vertical market solutions in the insurance and commercial real estate industries and served as general manager of mortgage services for InterTech Information Management, where he led development of a direct sales channel for the application software company. He served for 10 years with Nordson Corporation where he succeeded in sales, marketing, operations and business development roles. Mr. Smith holds a masters degree in International Business from the University of South Carolina and a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.

Michael Shutt
Executive Vice President & Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Shutt is co-founder of Advectis and currently serves as executive vice president and chief technology officer. With an extensive background in engineering and software development, he is the chief architect of the BlitzDocs solution and is currently responsible for development and deployment of the service. Most recently, he served as architect and lead developer of a "Data Rooms" web site, which served as a central repository for electronic documents for business-to-business transactions such as merger & acquisitions. Mr. Shutt has extensive experience managing development teams and projects that span a wide range of Microsoft(tm) development technology, including SQL Server, IIS, Visual Basic, Visual C++, and Active Server Pages (ASP). Mr. Shutt holds a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology

Prudence Green
Vice President, Client Services
As vice president of client services, Ms. Green is responsible for implementation, support, and training services for BlitzDocs. Ms. Green brings more than 10 years experience in training, client, and technical support to the Advectis team. Prior to Advectis, Ms. Green served as senior business analyst for Identitech Inc., where she developed implementation and consulting methodologies; managed projects for industries including real estate, finance, government, and medical coding; and developed the internal corporate training program. She has also worked as training and services manager and senior business consultant for Intertech Information Management. Her training and client service background was also honed through work with Storagetek, TSW/(INDUS) Internation

Todd Moncrief
Vice President, Business Development
Mr. Moncrief, vice president of business development, is responsible for developing and managing relationships with providers that participate in the BlitzDocs collaborative document network. He also helps direct product strategy and the rollout of new BlitzDocs product capabilities. Mr. Moncrief has more than fourteen years experience in mortgage lending and technology solutions. He has a proven track record of building successful business relationships, integrating best-of-breed technologies, and driving business and technology initiatives to improve loan-processing efficiency. Mr. Moncrief has worked on both sides of the industry, as a mortgage lender and as a technology provider to lenders, with such companies as American Mortgage Advisors, Fiserv, Mortgagebot and SwiftView. Todd holds a bachelor’s of science in Business Administration and Finance from the University of South Florida.

Judson Phillips
Vice President, Marketing

Mr. Phillips is Vice President of Marketing and is responsible for all marketing strategy and execution for Advectis. Mr. Phillips directs product management, product marketing, customer marketing, demand generation, and marketing communications for the BlitzDocs Collaboration Suite. Mr. Phillips has more than twenty years of experience in a variety of sales, marketing and project management roles for large and emerging growth organizations and is a frequent contributor to industry publications. Mr. Phillips has marketing management and technical sales experience with Lanier, Borland International, ViaFone and Silas Technologies. Mr. Phillips directed the national sales consulting efforts for 2order.com (formerly BT Squared) which helped result in an acquisition by Primus Corporation. Both 2order.com and ViaFone were emerging software organizations that were successfully acquired by publicly traded companies. Mr. Phillips holds a BS degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University.

Paul Rowand, CPA
Vice President, Finance

Mr. Rowand serves as Vice President of Finance for Advectis, where he is responsible for all finance, accounting, budgeting and forecasting functions. He has more than 17 years of accounting experience with growth stage technology ventures. Prior to joining Advectis, he was involved with multiple early stage technology companies providing CFO related consulting services. He has held finance and accounting management positions with, IQ Software, Sterling Software, Intellivoice, Armstrong Laing, and consulting engagements with Internet Security Systems and Wachovia. He has a mix of both public and privately held companies which has provided broad experience ranging from participation in raising venture capital, S-1 filing, and merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. Rowand holds a bachelors degree in Accounting from Fairmont State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Thomas Stephenson
Vice President, Sales National Accounts
Mr. Stephenson serves as vice president of sales for the BlitzDocs solution, where he is responsible for major account development. He has more than 25 years of sales experience in the technology, mortgage loan and banking industries. Prior to joining Advectis, he was responsible for 60 I.T. consultants and over $7 million in annual revenue with Matrix Resources. He joined Xcellenet as a start-up, and rose from sales representative to National Sales Manager to Director of Strategic Relationships. During his tenure, the company grew to $60 million in annual revenues and was acquired by Sterling Commerce. He has held sales management positions with Saddlebrook, focused on mortgage loan originations and secondary marketing systems; Farm & Home Savings and Loan, and IBM. Mr. Stephenson holds a bachelors degree in Economics from Southwest Missouri State University.

Jamie Williamson
Vice President, Sales
Mr. Williamson serves as vice president of sales for Advectis' BlitzDocs solution, and he is responsible for sales and customer development. He has more than 28 years of experience in sales and executive sales management in the financial services, mortgage, retail banking and telecommunications industries. Prior to joining Advectis, Mr. Williams worked for both large and emerging growth organizations, including Burroughs, Saddlebrook, Mosaix and Avaya. Most recently, Mr. Williamson was major account manager for Iona Technologies where he directed a business unit focused on major and strategic accounts. Mr. Williamson holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia.

Michael Parham
Board Member
Mr. Parham is member of the board of directors. He has more than 22 years experience in building and managing fast growing sales organizations and has held senior sales management positions with a number of successful early stage companies including XcelleNet, Inc and Sales Technologies, Inc. During his seven year tenure as VP of sales, XcelleNet grew from zero to $60 million and was ranked number 24 in the INC 500 list of "America's Fastest Growing Private Companies" for the years 1990-1994. Mr. Parham has also served as director of sales for Sales Technologies, a pioneer in CRM solutions. As a founder of Catalysta Partners, Mr. Parham helped launch numerous early stage companies including InvoiceLink, Constructware, MediaBin, Silas Technologies and Revenue Technologies. Mr. Parham holds a bachelors degree from Davidson College and a masters of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
