Deployment

From the beginning, Xerox Mortgage Services works to ensure BlitzDocs fits your business needs.

  • Project Planning Session: The Process Planning session helps our team understand the intricacies of your team and its processes. Shared information includes providing BlitzDocs documentation, determining your infrastructure requirements and configuration needs, and providing support.
  • Custom Configuration:  BlitzDocs' code provides tremendous flexibility in configuring to your loan process workflow. Your account manager will work with you to define, configure, and test document indexing, stacking orders and workflow for automated routing and notifications.
  • Deploy: Once the system has been tested and your employees have been trained, Xerox Mortgage Services will support your go-live initiative, providing hands-on floor support for trained users and providing a site support transition and implementation user awareness plan.

Training

We constantly hear that BlitzDocs is intuitive, easy to learn and easy to use. To ensure that each end-user is comfortable working in the solution, Xerox Mortgage Services offers online and on-site software training. As part of our training sessions, we will provide:

  • Training curriculum for both users and trainers within your organization

Ongoing Support/Who to Contact

Xerox Mortgage Services is dedicated to providing technical support and services directly to our customers. Our technical team offers:

  • Standard Technical Support - with standard technical support, all services and duration of support are outlined in a customer contract.
  • After Hours Support - after hours support contracts provide extended support seven days a week. This service allows for support and maintenance during the later stages of implementation and ensures each customer has a resource to contact whenever problems arise.
